PROMO! Free Your Mind

# Track Duration Preview Bitrate Price
01 GJ MoHo Vox  7:31
02 GJ MoHo Madness Dub  7:18
03 GJ Alternate Madness Dub  7:16

About a year ago we introduced an extremely gifted vocalist named TC Moses to the global dance community on the highly acclaimed MoreHouse release “Devotion”. We’re extremely excited to have TC back on board serving up yet another wicked performance on our first offering of the New Year - “Free Your Mind”. Co-penned with venerable production team Groove Junkies, TC once again flexes his instrument with the power and ease of a true seasoned pro. The tune, which is a no holds barred, get cha’ ass on the floor, peak-time bomb, features three fierce mixes to choose from. GJs MoHo Vox is a funky/soul drenched full vocal affair that sports the full array of “live” instrumentation that the boys are known for. First dropped at Pacha in Ibiza this past summer to a full house of crazed fans, this mix has consistently been a highlight in all subsequent GJs sets. On GJs MoHo Madness Dub the fellas strip down the vocal, flip the bassline & instrumentation, and toughen things up a bit with room rockin’ breakdowns n’ buildups. Lastly, GJs Alternate Madness keeps the ‘Madness’ intact, but strips the vocal down even further for those who like things trackier, or who may want to drop an acapella over it. All three mixes will definitely do the damage. The funky vibe will sho’ nuff Free Your Mind!!!

THE EARLY BUZZ
Kaskade - “The alternate madness mix is the one for me, nice one!”
DJ Disciple - “In my Ssradio show this week for sure.”
John “Julius Knight - “Nice!!!… Love the strings and that funky bass.”
Deli-G - “It’s a heater!”
Dan Liquid - “Gonna drop this in Malaysia this weekend.”
Morten Trust - “Groovejunkies sure still sound fresh to me! The bass groove of the two remix versions here is fan foo tastic!”
Russell Pollitt - “I LOVE this!
Craig Woodrow - “On first listen I’m going for GJ alternate madness mix.”
Oscar P - “MoHo Vocal is rock solid.”
Iain Thompson - “a definite floor masher!”
Franco De Mulero & Ferry B - “Will be rockin’ this one for sure!”
Phil Hooten - “Its a sure winner boys. Well done again.”
Dave Wareing - “DOPNESS - love the MoHo Madness mix.”
Umberto Giannini - “Once again another outstanding production!!”

REVIEWS
Smooth, funky, and easy on the ears… everything you’d expect from Groove Junkies.
Solid vocals once again from TC Moses, and the aggressiveness of the Alternate
Madness mix hypes it up for prime time playing. Andrew Reid - NocturnalMagzin…

Bob Marley and The Wailers - Roots, Rock, Remixed

Bob Marley and The Wailers - Roots, Rock, Remixed

Reggae legend Bob Marley is being reintroduced to sound systems worldwide. A crop of today’s hottest producers –including Afrodisiac Sound System, Jimpster (Jamie Odell), Yes King (Rhys Adams & Mark Rae), Trio Elétrico (Boozoo Bajou), Fort Knox Five and DJ Spooky have remixed a dozen of the cherished songs of the celebrated and beloved master.

Roots, Rock, Remixed balances that fine line of being respectful to the inimitable artist Nesta was, and using the bass-heavy, digital technologies available to us today. Nothing of the gorgeous, analog originals (including classics like “One Love,” “Trenchtown Rock,” and “Lively Up Yourself”) is lost in translation.

Every song is from the legendary Lee Perry-produced Black Ark days and Roots, Rock, Remixed has received a certified blessing from the Marley family.
